A Magical Daynight Photoshoot at DDP with an International Couple

One of the best parts of being a photographer in Seoul is meeting people from all around the world — and this couple was no exception. Recently, I had the pleasure of capturing a special evening photoshoot at the iconic Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) with a lovely couple visiting Korea.

Despite having just a short time in Seoul, they wanted to create timeless memories — and DDP was the perfect backdrop. With its futuristic curves, dynamic lighting, and open urban space, DDP offers a unique atmosphere, especially at night. As the neon lights started to glow, we moved through different parts of the plaza, experimenting with silhouettes, reflections, and playful angles.

What stood out most was how comfortable and natural they were in front of the camera — laughing, walking hand-in-hand, and genuinely enjoying the moment. Even without words, their connection told the story.
